Mixed Pear Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (16 oz size) Bartlet pear halves, reserve liquid
4 teaspoons pear liquid
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 green onion, chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon Crushed dill weed
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

Chop pears. Combine cabbages, chopped pears, carrots, and onion in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, reserved pear liquid, dill, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add dressing to cabbage mixture; toss to mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
