Crown Point and Vista House
Vista House was built on Crown Point in 1916 at the same time as Highway 30 (The Columbia River Gorge Highway). Vista House was built to be a place for visitors to stop for refreshment and enjoy the Columbia Gorge. Today, the historic site houses a museum, gift shop and interpretive display of historic and geologic points of interest in the Columbia Gorge.
